Thanks for the recommendations! I've been meaning to watch the Burbs for years, but never got around to it.... And Dave Chappelle's Block Party would never have been on my radar: I'm not a huge fan of any of the bands or musicians from the movie; but, damn, what a great soundtrack!!! Thanks!
